We were overall happy with the arrangements at Baku, Azerbaijan. They gave us options to choose from for hotels to stay in, with good deals. The car arranged for sightseeing was good. We were also concerned about safety risks due to the Israel–Hamas war situation, but they reassured us and patiently handled our concerns. Harshali was especially very courteous and amazing during the entire booking process. We will definitely go again with Cluster.
